I assist clients in integrating their mind, body and spirit to return to wholeness through the use of mindfulness-based techniques. I am empathetic, nurturing and direct. Honesty, truth, insight, and compassion are the cornerstones of my practice.
I believe that most problems follow beliefs that have outlived their usefulness. By developing 'emotional courage' you gain a clearer sense of your true self so that you can make choices and take actions that are in your best interest. The process of change begins by clearly defining the difficulty and developing new skills and healthy attitudes about yourself and others. I enjoy helping clients explore and transform limiting beliefs and behaviors patterns, while removing blocks to living a more fulfilling life.
